Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. Branded packaging is available with proper authorization letters for legally registered patents.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of products and packages before the final balance payment.
Q3. What is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it takes 7-20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and order quantity.
Q4. Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide free OEM services, and ODM services are available for volume orders.
Q5. Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, all products undergo more than 6-8 hours of aging and strict testing before dispatch.
Q6. What is your MOQ limit?
We offer a low MOQ; even 5 pieces for sample checking is available.
