What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in color boxes, neutral white boxes, and brown cartons. Customized branded packaging is available with proper authorization.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take about 7 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
What kind of certificates do you have?
Our products are certified with BSCI, CE, ROHS, FCC, UN38.3, MSDS, GS, NF, and UL.
What is the warranty period for your products?
We provide a 1-year warranty on our products along with professional life-long maintenance support.
