Frequently Asked Questions
Why is your quotation higher than other suppliers?
In domestic market, the high and low inverter brands are mixed together. Many low-cost solar power inverters are actually assembled in small unlicensed workshops using substandard components, posing significant security risks. To protect personal and property safety, please choose a reliable inverter rather than just seeking the lowest price.
How many categories does it have according to the output waveform?
Type one: Modified Sine Wave inverter - Uses PWM pulse width modulation. It is suitable for most general electrical equipment but may have 20% harmonic distortion issues with sophisticated equipment.
Type two: Pure Sine Wave inverter - Adopts isolated coupling circuit design. It is highly stable and suitable for all loads, including inductive loads like refrigerators and electric drills, without interference.
Is the output voltage of our inverter stable?
Absolutely. Our inverter is designed with a high-quality regulator circuit. While ordinary multimeters might show unstable readings because they cannot correctly calculate data for modified waveforms, the true output voltage is quite stable.
What are resistive load appliances?
Generally speaking, appliances like mobile phones, computers, LCD TVs, incandescent lights, electric fans, small printers, and rice cookers belong to resistive loads. Our inverters can drive them successfully.
What are inductive load appliances?
These include products produced by electromagnetic induction like motors, compressors, refrigerators, air conditioners, pumps, and energy-saving lamps. These products require 3-7 times their rated power during start-up; therefore, only pure sine wave inverters are suitable for them.
What should be noticed when installing the inverter?
Place the product in a well-ventilated, cool, dry, and waterproof location. Do not place foreign objects into the inverter. Always remember to turn on the inverter before turning on the connected appliance.
